Recipe: The Perfect Spring Time Salad

Spring Time Salad

I love this combo for the spring! It’s perfect to pair with any protein of your choice or just by itself. I also love this salad combo with sweet potatoes! Here is how I make it:

Ingredients:

1 head of red leaf lettuce
1/2 diced red apple
3 radishes chopped fine
1/2 cup of cucumber
1/4 cup of cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup of walnuts
Basil

For Dressing

2 tbps Tahini
1/2 Lemon
1/4 cup Warm Water

Recipe:

Chop all ingredients up and add to a bowl and top with dressing! I love to add a ton of basil on top to help with the digestive system!
