You hear all the time about how fruit, and berries in particular are great for you, but why? When working with my clients, I like to explain why we are incorporating each element into their diet and what it assists with. I personally put them on my salad, in my smoothies or eat them by themselves as often as I can. Here are some of the top reasons why I canโt get enough of the health benefits of berries:
